Cutting During Rewinding
Thanks to the winder, we can efficiently cut coils into several fragments (up to 9) of different widths simultaneously, ensuring meticulous quality control of the material during the cutting process.
Thread Line Cutting (Screw Cutting)
Our machine park enables effective thread line cuts, also known as screw cuts.

We offer cross-cutting, along with ultrasonic welding or stitching services, depending on the type of material
Bias Cutting
We specialize in comprehensive angle cutting of materials, offering the option of joining through ultrasonic welding or stitching. This method is recommended for fabrics and composite materials, increasing their flexibility and reducing fraying.
Straight Cutting
The technology we use allows us to cut materials to almost any width, taking into account large roll diameters. We guarantee high cutting precision while maintaining high efficiency. The maximum roll diameter depends on the desired cutting width.
Cutting
We offer cold cutting services using many popular methods on a wide range of materials of different thicknesses, from spunbond nonwovens to cotton and felts, and laminates. This allows us to individually approach each order, ensuring excellent results at affordable prices.
